Very nice upscale store with lots of beautiful items for the whole family

It is simply not the place it was before they changed the menu. A shame really as it used to be a real gem.

OMG, the sales people here are so arrogant and rude. Excuse me, I have money to buy things, and you should want to be super polite for me to want to spend some of that money in your store. But no, the NM approach at Tyson's is to be arrogant, haughty and rude with customers. When I complained to a manager about my bad experience, the manager also tried to make me feel like I was the problem. I guess this is the new America where the expectation is to spend a lot of money without any expectation for solid customer service? Won't be back.

The men's section is nice. Also can catch a deal. Friendly staff as well. Large store with plenty of designer's to choose from. The women's department is also extensive

One of my favorite Department stores. If you participate in their InCircle promotions, you can shop certain days and get multiple points for your purchase. The store is quiet, elegant for a mall store. High end brands can be found here. The customer service is fantastic! If you ask someone about the location of a department, they walk you to it. Just today, I was ushered to Customer Service to return something. Old school, all the way. They have their own restaurant (the popovers and berry butter that come with every dish are delicious). I mostly shop the men's department, but they have ladies', shoes, furnishings, etc. There are only two NM stores in the Metro DC (this one in Galleria, Tysons, VA) and one at Mazza Galleria, in the border of DC and MD.

Beautiful store! Variety of products! I came here to buy Frederic Malle Parfum. They carry most of his collection. They also have a wide variety of other parfums, colognes.

Consultation and service of a boutique. I love love Francesca at the fragrance counter. Over the past 5 years I still receive personalized updates for events and new products.

Michael Rohlf gave us excellent Customer Service I couldn't find the Customer Service Department he walked me there personally and waited to show me the handbags. They didn't have the one I wanted however they were more than willing to order the one I did want. Thank you again.

I enjoy shopping at Neiman Marcus located in McLean. Especially I like their dress and cashmere collection. And it is definitely true that Christy Johnson is the best member of Neiman Marcus. Because of her exceptional service, I try to buy as much as possible in Neiman Marcus in McLean.

Though, I live in Silver Spring...I don't mind driving All the way to Tysons Gallery II.I am fr México..and I moved to this country bcs I was in love w my then boyfriend. We used to live back then at Arlington.He couldn't recover fr his Surprise!! When I manage 2go by myself to Tysons...Neiman Marcus was like "Heaven on Earth" for a recent arrived Mexican student..There is where I got my FIRST Joan & David "unaffordable" $400.00 Black leather knee high boots ❤👢👢.That was 1992! And those Babies have gone through some hardship winters..In sum..I was & still until 2day (I went 2day to get a French Memo Eau du Parfum Fragrance"Ilha Do Mel" (Honey's🍯 Island 🏖in Portuguese) a subtle Jasmine & Honey Suckle's divine smell.🌸💐🌺Neiman Marcus (NM) makes me feel spoiled by the extra attentive and cordial staff. Such as Leslie Jabbari @ The fragrances counter commands All the NM Angel's.😇 I am in ❤ w d store & spacious parking place too.

the NM cafe is one of my favorite places to have a meal in the area. 5 star food every time, great specials, and I especially like the bread they bring out at the beginning. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Great customer service!

I purchased a Pair of Dior shoes in mid August. I was 8.5 months pregnant then. I went to exchange the shoes since I hadn’t worn them and wanted to get something with a higher heal. They said their return policy is 30 days and since I’m almost 2 months out from the purchase date even though they still have the same style at the store and shoes are untouched I will not be able to return or exchange them. Mind you I’m a regular shopper at this store. Either way I explained to the manger that I had given birth I’m early September and couldn’t have made it, he rolled his eyes and pretty Much said too bad you are over the 30 day. He might as well have stuck his tongue out at me like a 3 year old.I’m any event I’m not going to spend another penny at this establishment given their backwards return/exchange policy that can’t even do anything, I guess I should have ran right back after giving birth. I assume they can behave like this given there plenty of new money in this area.

Neiman Marcus is a high-line department store featuring in-store boutiques for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci. You'll find the best labels in clothing, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, etc. As you may notice, all that is mostly for women. Like so many other stores, men still get short shrift here, too. There is a men's section but it's like 10% of the store's floor space. Finally, this store was amazing to behold when it debuted in the late 80s. It hasn't been updated or renovated since, so it's not holding its caché as it once did. (Rated 2 stars as a guy, I'd rate it a 3 or 4 if a woman.)

Bought a suit from another store and needed some ideas for dress shirts and ties to go with it. While looking at the men's shirt and tie section, a friendly sales associate Mark came and offered to help. I was impressed by his choices. He put together 2 shirt/tie combinations for my grey suit that looked amazing. I appreciate Mark who was professional, thoughtful, and creative.

I Purchased $350 dollars of hourglass cosmetics online. I loved everything except a $42 dollar item that just didn’t match my skin color. When I tried to process a return. They said they only accept unopened items. What?! Should have bought it at Sephora or directly from Hourglass. Never expected this from them and I didn’t read the fine lines because my intention wasn’t to return anything. Wow!

I can't say enough about our sales agent, Karla Pichardo! She is awesome. We walked in not looking like your typically well-dressed Neiman Marcus shoppers. (It's chill out Saturday!🙄) She greeted us with a cheerful hello and smile then quickly began to assist us. Yes, she was wearing a mask but there was no mistaking her enthusiastic smile underneath. We spent double what we planned. She is knowledge, patient and friendly. In a world filled with mediocre customer service experiences, Karla is definitely in a league of her own! You should pay her a visit....

Fantastic sales associates, this is the main reason why I come back every time. Shoes, contemporary and cosmetics are my favorites. But I do enjoy the hf section when I need to get all dolled up.

Good people work there

The service at this location is greatly lacking. It’s hard to find sales people and when you do they’re rude and unhelpful. This has been true the three times I’ve been - done with this location.

This third Sunday in December it was chaotic for a Sunday, but the sales team was visible in the floor and the departments on the two floors I visited were neat and appealing. I miss shopping here, and will be back to spend some time in the Lafayette department.

They have all the major brands; from Chanel, Gucci, Versace to Christian Louboutin, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and many more.The staff members are very attentive and always happy to greet you as well as assist. Their gift wrapping is A+++, especially since I'm always gifting practically EVERY month. Did I mention they have amazing sales? Sign-up with their Neiman Marcus card and or become a member. There are usually great sales every week!Loyal customer!!!

If you are looking for haute couture with fantastic service, then Neiman Marcus is the place to go. Another bonus is that the Galleria is not as crowded or chaotic as Tyson's Corner Center.

They do not stand behind the products they sell. The first time I had an issue with a product which happened to be a $900 pair of Louboutin shoes I was told it was past a year and offered nothing for what is clearly a defect. If you're purchasing $900 shoes then you clearly aren't wearing them everyday. I had my original receipt, box in addition to a purchase history with multiple luxury bags and shoes. They could care less about keeping my business I'll never shop at a Neiman Marcus again.

What can I say! Some of the finest clothes, shoes and P.J.'s you would want. The staff is willing to assist you with all of your needs without be pushy.

Neiman Marcus has a wonderful collection of niche fragrances that I could not find elsewhere.

Great staff and clothes. Very helpful and insightful when it comes to my wardrobe. I highly recommend this location.
